POPFile is an amazing tool - a spam-filterer implemented using Bayesian filtering. One email account I know used to have literally hundreds of junk mail everyday, but once this proggy was installed, it's been reduced to 5, maybe 10 a day, maximum - usually, there's no spam at all!
